Do I have to pay VAT or other charges on my order?
We do not charge our customers with any additional fees or taxes,but you have to pay the following ones: Bank transfer charge or PayPal charge
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it is not under processing.We would make a full refund for you or credit it for your new order
But if the order is under processing or already packed well,you need to pay a certain packing fee
Can I add, change or remove items in my order?
If the order is not under processed, you are able to contact us to add, change or remove the items in your order
If the order is in processing, to change or remove items is unacceptable
But to add products or increase the quantity is feasible. This will take longer for packing
How can I check my order status?
Our sales will send you tracking number after shipping and they will aslo inform you when packages arrive in your country
How do I remove the item in my shopping cart?
If you haven't finished your order, you may do this in your shopping cart
There is an icon like dustbin in front of every item, click it, you will be able to delete the items you don't need
If you have finished your order, but you want to remove some products, please contact with your sales
How about the processing time?
The processing time starts when we get your payment. Usually, it takes 3-5 working days
If your order includes JH stock, sourcing products, or packages from your other suppliers,usually we can ship out in two weeks
Can I order something "Out of Stock"?
You can check with our sales and ask them to source fro you from other Taobao/1688 shops
Can I use my own shipping agency?
Yes, we could ship your packages to them, or they can pick up your packages from our warehouse
